How to Use Pre-Approval Codes

I received a pre-approval code. How do I use it?

Applying a Pre-Approval Code to Your Order
  1. Once you have added your items to your shopping cart, click the Check Out button.
  2. If you are not signed in to your account, you will be directed to the sign in page. Please sign in. If you do not have an account, please create one at this time.
  3. Continue by filling in all required information in the Shipping section.
  4. Click the Proceed to Payment button.
  5. Under the Payment section, select Fifth & Glam® Credit as your payment method. Continue by filling in the following information:
    1. Your date of birth
    2. The last 4 digits of your social security number
    3. Your monthly household income

      Pre-Approval Help

  6. In the text box underneath the Catalog ID title, enter your pre-approval code from the catalog or email you received.
  7. Read the terms and conditions and privacy policy for Fifth & Glam® Credit, and check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Checking this box will serve as your web signature.
  8. Continue by filling in the remaining required information in the Payment section.
  9. Click the Proceed to Review button.
  10. After reviewing the details of your order in the Review section, click the Place Order button to finish placing your order.
