Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send your item(s) back to us within 60 days and we’ll promptly handle your refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and new condition. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
We do offer our "Return Label" as a return option. The Return Label can simplify the return process. The Return Label will deduct from your refund amount in order to cover the return shipping and processing fees (sales tax will apply to residents of certain states). Simply return your package to a FedEx location. Please visit https://local.fedex.com/en-us to find the nearest drop off locations. The Return Label service is not available for APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territory shipments. Some orders ship directly from the vendor and may be excluded from our Return Label service.
Also, please note:
- Fragrances, hair care, wigs, hair extensions, skin care, makeup, and bath & body items must be in new condition.
- Music, movies, video games and software must be returned unopened with the factory seal intact. Exchanges permitted for identical product only.
- Products sold in sets must be returned as sets; partial returns will not be accepted.
- Personalized/Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged unless damaged or defective.
