Overview: There will be one (1) Be Mine Valentine's Day Contest winner. The grand prize winner will receive a $500 shopping spree on FifthandGlam.com. There is no cost to participate and no purchase is necessary to enter. All participants are allowed one (1) entry for the duration of the contest. All Fifth & Glam decisions are final.

To enter, please fill out the Be Mine Valentine's Day Contest Entry Form located on the Be Mine Valentine's Day Contest website (www.FifthandGlam.Stoneberry.com/be-mine-valentines-day-giveaway/). To be eligible to win, you must submit a picture of yourself with an item purchased from Fifth & Glam. One (1) participant who completes the form and submit a photo of themselves will receive the grand prize.

Entry forms for the Be Mine Valentine's Day Contest are available on the Be Mine Valentine's Day Contest website (www.FifthandGlam.Stoneberry.com/be-mine-valentines-day-giveaway/). The form will be available from 12:01 AM CST February 2, 2023 to 11:59 PM CST February 15, 2023. Only one (1) entry per email address will be accepted. If you enter this contest more than once, you may be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to complete this form.

Entries must be submitted via the Be Mine Valentine's Day Contest website between 12:01 AM CST February 2, 2023 to 11:59 PM CST February 15, 2023 to be eligible to win.

Contest Rules: The Be Mine Valentine's Day Contest winner will be selected from all eligible form submissions posted within the contest timeframe. Email address is required. The winners will be selected based on creativity and originality by a panel of at least three (3) judges. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided. Once contacted, the winner will have three (3) days to provide Fifth & Glam with a confirmation response. This response will be required to include the following: confirmation of prize acceptance, shipping address for the prize(s), and a list of the products the winner would like to select for his or her shopping spree. This shopping spree will be capped at $500, including any applicable shipping charges. The winner may not select items in excess of $500. No discounts or promotions may be used in addition to the shopping spree. All items given away as part of this contest are not exchangeable or returnable.

If the winner doesn’t respond and accept the prize within the three (3) day deadline, he or she will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected. This process will repeat until a confirmed winner is selected. The winner will be posted on the Fifth & Glam Giveaway Winners website (www.FifthandGlam.Stoneberry.com/giveaway-winners/).

All Fifth & Glam decisions are final.

Fifth & Glam reserves the right to void any entries and/or to change or cancel the promotion at any time. The Be Mine Valentine's Day Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and all participants agree that the federal and state courts of Wisconsin shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder. FifthandGlam.com employees, affiliates, venders and venders’ employees, and immediate family members of these four groups are ineligible to participate in or win the contest.

It is entrant’s responsibility to update Fifth & Glam of any change in the information submitted, including address, email address or other relevant information. These changes can be directed to [email protected]. Expenses not specifically included in prize description and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied outside of manufacturer's limited warranty. No transfer, assignment, or substitution of a prize permitted. If the information you provide is invalid or incomplete, or the winning notification cannot be delivered, we will select another winner based on the same criteria as described in this Notice.

By submitting a picture you give Fifth & Glam permission to use your picture for marketing purposes including but not limited to social media posts, emails, and on the website.
